Create a journal listing (one journal entry per line, either saved to a text-file on your computer or entered into the upload box (if you saved the file, click on "Browse" to find the file). Click on the "Upload" button.
The journal-name and issue-cite fields must be separated by either a Tab, 3 spaces, or a vertical bar "|" (only one separator should occur on each line). An ISSN may be used instead of, or in addition to (immediately preceding) the journal-name. If no issue-cite is included in the line then the current issue is presumed (you'll have a chance to select a different issue).
Some settings can be modified by lines with command = yes or no.
