Accepts e-mail submissions. The journal is international in its coverage and deals with the legal and ethical aspects of medicine throughout the world. It is refereed and seeks to address new issues in medical law and ethics, legal and ethical aspects of new treatments, current medico-legal problems, notes on new cases, legislation in progress, future trends and developments, and all related matters. The journal has a strong emphasis on international and comparative trends in law and medicine. Coverage includes matters of interest to academic lawyers, practising lawyers, medical ethicists, bioethicists, health care professionals, health care and health service administrators, and those studying aspects of medical law and ethics.
