Court Review seeks to provide practical, useful information to the working judges of the United States and Canada. Use footnotes, and preferably Word format (though WordPerfect is accepted), with a suggested length of 18-36 double spaced pages (including footnotes). A peer-edited journal.
The journal is published by the American Judges Association with the assistance of the National Center for State Courts.
