The editors invite the submission of unsolicited manuscripts and consider them on a rolling basis. Manuscripts should be typed and double-spaced. The Review accepts hard-copy submissions, but e-mailed submissions are preferable. Footnotes should comply with The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (19th ed. 2010). All manuscripts submitted become the property of the Review. The Review attempts to notify authors of acceptance or rejection as quickly as possible.
IMPORTANT NOTE: During the summer months of June, July, and August, only manuscripts submitted through email will be considered for review. Hard copy submissions received during the summer will be reviewed promptly in September.
