Manuscripts may be submitted in hard copy format or by e-mail. Articles should be in Word or WordPerfect, double-spaced, and in footnote format. Citation format should conform to Bluebook 18th ed. Include a cover letter containing the author’s full name, address, telephone number, academic degrees with name of awarding institutions, and any professional affiliations. A list of previous publications, if any, is appreciated. The cover letter should also contain a brief synopsis of the article.
