The Netherlands International Law Review focuses on public international law and private international law or the conflict of laws. Requires exclusive submission. Accepts e-mail submissions. Articles should be no more than around 35 printed pages of approximately 450 words each. Shorter articles and commentaries of between 5 and 10 printed pages are also published. The NILR also publishes book reviews and reports of Dutch judicial decisions involving questions of private international law. These have a maximum length of 5 and 15 printed pages, respectively. NILR is a refereed journal distributed for T.M.C. Asser Press by Cambridge University Press.
