The Journal of Law and Social Policy [JLSP] is published annually by Legal Aid Ontario. The JLSP is devoted to publishing poverty law research by and for community legal clinic practitioners, the private bar, the academic community and other individuals or organizations concerned with legal reform. The JLSP publishes articles on law and policy that affect low-income members of society as well as articles on the nature of poverty law practice. The full text of the JLSP is posted to and searchable on Hein Online. The subscribers to the JLSP are legal clinics, law libraries, courts and private practitioners. Roughly 55% of the subscribers are located in Ontario, 10% elsewhere in Canada, 30% in the U.S., and 5% overseas. Authors are required to assign copyright to Legal Aid Ontario. Guidelines for Contributors are available upon request.
