Media Law and Policy is dedicated to the advancement and discussion of current topics in the fields of telecommunications, media, and intellectual property law. The journal publishes two issues per year, accepting articles from academics, professionals and regulators, as well as offering an opportunity for students to submit a note for publication. Media Law and Policy publishes in conjunction with the Council of Europe, the Media Center, and the Advanced Communications Law & Policy Institute.
