Accepts e-mail submissions. Litigation is a magazine published the ABA Section of Litigation, which offers practical articles on topics of interest to lawyers who try cases and the judges who decide them. Litigation articles present substantive material in a conversational rather than academic style and do not use footnotes. Authors should make points concrete as possible by using examples from actual or hypothetical cases. Articles generally run between 5,000 and 8,500 words (15 to 25 pages).
