The Journal is a joint project of the Southwestern Law School's Biederman Institute and the American Bar Association's Forums on Communications Law and the Entertainment and Sports Industries. The Journal promotes scholarship focused on the international dimension of media,entertainment and sports law and related subjects. The Journal is faculty and practitioner edited, with students handling technical editing and the "Recent Developments" feature of the Journal under faculty supervision.
