Bocconi School of Law Student-Edited Papers (in short, Bocconi Legal Papers) accepts e-mail submissions. Detailed feedback is provided on any submission received, regardless of the final publication decision. Therefore, authors are advised to submit before simultaneously sending their works out to multiple law reviews: preference will be given to authors complying with such guideline. Bocconi Legal Papers accepts submissions from law students, professionals and academicians on any topic that may be of interest to an international readership. This includes pieces on comparative or international law. However, accounts of important developments in the internal legal framework of specific countries will also be considered, as long as they be accessible to readers from a broad range of different national jurisdictions.
