Accepts e-mail submissions. The Columbia Law Review Sidebar publishes responses to scholarship that appears in its print edition, and original pieces on current legal issues. Given that Sidebar’s purpose is to provide an online forum for legal discussion from a variety of perspectives, we strongly encourage authors to limit their submissions to 3,000 words (including footnotes). Submissions should also conform to the 18th Edition of the Bluebook, and appear in Microsoft Word format. Sidebar pieces are published on a rolling basis.
