Journal of International Law & Politics prefers submissions via ExpressO but also also accepts submissions via e-mail or on disk. Articles must have international or foreign content to receive consideration. There are no maximum or minimum page requirements but the Journal suggests that most articles can convey their arguments effectively in 40-60 journal pages (20,000-30,000 words including footnotes). Footnotes and citations must follow The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation.
