Requires exclusive submission. Papers should be submitted by e-mail in Word format to the Managing Editor Dr K V Russell at IntRevLCT@aol.com. All submissions will be sent anonymously for the observations of referees. Manuscripts should be double spaced, with ample margins of at least one inch. The first sheets should include the title of paper, name(s) of the author(s), and for each author academic and/or professional qualifications as commonly used by the author, main appointment and addresses - e-mail, postal, facsimile, abstract not exceeding 200 words. All pages should be numbered. Footnotes should be at the end of the paper.
