    CAUTION: see exclusive-submissions policy

Requires exclusive submission. Accepts e-mail or paper copy submissions. A refereed journal. The journal looks for articles written, so far as possible, in a non-technical style which address both legal issues and the social context to which these relate. In addition to contributions with a predominantly legal focus, however, the journal is also very interested in contributions from the field of social policy and socio-legal studies and the interface between these and disciplines such as criminology, penology and social work.
